Today it's been 17 days and the WhatsApp account is still working just fine with the landing page method. Feel free to PM me if you still need some info!

Update: After 1 week testing with a landing page, it worked perfectly. The WhatsApp account got 900 messages and is still working, sometimes the ads get rejected by Facebook for being detected as gambling but it's definitely a progress.

You can't connect a non-Business (Messenger) WhatsApp account to the Business Manager as long as I know.

yeah I've been also thinking about having a landing page with a redirect link (wa.me) to the WhatsApp Busines account chat. Still, I don't know how will that affect to the conversion or Facebook CPR. But still, It doesn't make sense why my accounts are blocked immediately/right after activating...

Same happening here, I even used a proxy for each whatsapp business number but they still get banned right after the facebook ad campaign swaps from "In Review" to the "Active" status. I haven't found any solution yet... I'm also doing gambling ads and getting your same exact message.
