What the other guy said, by crossposting ur subreddits content you're essentially planting backlinks to your area in high traffic areas.

Hootsuite is kinda freemium, it works too. There's probably a bot for it tho.

In addition to tips about KW's and written content, try to throw in some other tangential KW's like cavity, toothache, etc.

Don't listen to the guy above my post, there's a free bot on github that does all you want and more. Already scraped 5 IG's for content, and there's a setting for comment metadata.

Don't be afraid to sell more expensive stuff, the margins are usually bigger + the customers are more likely to buy: Someone browsing free trinkets may be too broke to afford anything, but someone looking to buy a custom chessboard....

Depends on what you're pushing. Facebook is good for throwing money at and getting results, but Twitter is more versatile when it comes to content and niches. In my experience Twitter also has a different audience, and in a lot of niches the difference is between finding a few real SME's or a...

bots can be tuned to work well, but really only save time at best. bots are better used in a scraping role since content is king. edit: then voila, a free hootsuite acct is all you need to get started

Go for instapy, you learn a little plus its free and you can customize it to do whatever you want.
