I have a similar issue and just no response to my ticket. I wanted to transfer my site to them, but glad I didnt. My VPS works OK with them, just hope there are no future issues as wonder if that might be a similar problem. What a shame

Massplanner is one of the best I have, their support is dead quick and very helpful
