Generally I see google webmaster tool also consider that back links which are not cached by crawlers. In the function "Link to your site" there are many back links are available which are not cache. what is the mean of this? Is not-chached back link help to increase google ranking?

There are many web 2.0 website on internet but I am confuse that "Is web 2.0 blogging is effective in digital marketing?". Because there very hard to cache that type of post. Please provide the solution...
