in my opinion do not use free to accept or send request because facebook identify these type of task as span and in the result, your page or profile might be banned. use it on your own risk.

just create a profile and use it as you use yours do not share links in groups for some time, do not accept or send too much friend request. at least one-month after that use it as you want .
