That's why there is vCPM which counts viewable impressions. 83% vCPM means 83% of ads were seen by the user. We have 1513 ad requests, 83% were seen (1255). If vCPM is 1.34$ we should be paid 1.68$, not 0.85$. Hooligan Media stats don't make sense. It would be nice if OP shares his stats.

These stats from Hooligan Media are false. They said you made 1513 ad requests and got 83% viewed ads which would be 1255. If you average 1.34 vCPM that would mean your earnings should be 1255 * 1.34 / 1000 = 1.68$. Yet they pay you 0.85$. It looks like they pay only half the amount of money.
