That comment in the screenshot doesn't have replies made by the user. If I press view replies it shows a comment made by a guy saying that is a scam. I tried to buy upvotes (40/50) and my comment doesn't show if the first page, I have to scroll a lot

Can someone please explain me how he did it? I mean, I tried to buy upvotes but I can't see my comment on the first page even if it had 40/50 upvotes. Thank you
