Google Webmaster Tools has no option to set HTTPS as the preferred version. but google already indexed with https because i have add the webmaster code into website when i have purchase https. I don't thing so i have any issue in webmaster ... There might be some other issues, drop my ranking

Hello guys I have noticed that my some of client's websites keywords are dropping from last 2 days. I am unable to understand why. Before this all sites keywords are stable. But recently we shifts our 3 sites at http to https. But keywords are still dropping... ???? Is google update...
