I submitted a support ticket marked URGENT over 3 weeks ago now (#2479) and no reply. Since then I have sent 3 followup messages to that ticket stating how urgent the issue is, and STILL no reply whatsoever! Please sort this out right away! PM sent too. This is URGENT!!!

I have used wordpress on many sites.. I have now actually switched several sites over that were static to wordpress. You can get a lot of custom functionality out of it relatively cheaply if you get a programmer who knows what they are doing. Plus google still likes wordpress.. has done...
