surprisingly... only two out of their (claiming huge amount of) customers are facing issues. you said your proxy was down since january 1st, now is the 14th. The clock ticks very fast, how about request a new ip port?

then your proxy host might be down or something, did you try asking for a new sets? Its up to you, but 14 days being down? nah thats too much of waiting. Have you ever think why he is not answering even here in BHW? hmm..
