It is not possible, you need to appeal the decission if they approve then u can.

Hi, I have a youtube channel and I used to link my channel with AdSense account to get a payment from Google. Unfortunately AdSense account was disabled for policy violation. Tried to appeal, but not success. Is it possible to disassociate my youtube channel with this Disabled AdSense account?
