If you do it right you can still increase view counts using bots. I'm testing for last 2 days using my custom script [not mobile] and i noticed my views increasing, i also verified from different ips and views show up in view count.

create a html/php page with text input. Capture link, generate new guid and save to database and return that guid as code to your employee. You can edit that page to include wordpress template and copy that page to wordpress site
