well the clicks are dont by other visitors so you cant do anything about it . if you want more clicks you should advertise your site more :) also i would recommend you to use adsense because with that much clicks you can make 200$+ a day

youtube is updating the views at videos every 6 hours i think . but they are not updating the total views at YT profile :(
