Whatever way you do this it will still look like a bot generated lead to the advertiser. To prepoluate a form you need your client info which i doubt that you have all of the needed 7 fields to make the lead..

Or spend all day creating FB accounts :D and like your page one account at a time :P

Adding Captcha can reduce the spam .. and adding a email confirmation should eliminate all spam ..

Sorry to bump up an old thread .. but i have to say OP great work .. I am doing something similar to this but on a rather more complex way. Btw OP as i see you have a lot of experience with affiliate marketing and CPA i would love to pick your brains sometimes about some of this stuff so pm me...
