Hi, can you tell me what the difference between Low, Moderate, and Hard is? Also, I'm completely new to these services, when you say top 5 rank, does that mean if someone were to search the keyword, my video would be one of the first 5 videos shown in YouTube search results?

I definitely do not think they are nefarious or shady. I get that this is an issue with YouTube changing their system and not necessarily a fault of QQtube. I could have phrased my statement better..

There was a time when I could drop $50 on a new video and it would push it to the algo and go viral. Doesn't seem to be as easy as it used to be. Quite a few friends used it over the years and have reported the same. Seems to be the current status for all SMM panels though

We did answer, there is no best. You calling YTBot the best is funny, literally one of the worst ones I've tried, their views services dont stick and most get removed. They're decent for custom comments and likes, but the views services sucked lol

I haven't been able to get good results from any of the SMM panels. For now you'd probably be better focusing on creating good content. Not saying give up on your search because I'm always searching for great ways to boost, just can't find them these days. What kind of videos do you make?
