Unfortunately not a one-off. Had this issue last month on one of my servers, and last 2 days on another. My brother also had the same issue. A major clusterfuck, that they should be putting ALL their time into. $$$ lost, extremely unhappy.

you seriously need to sort out your billing issues... wasted 3 hours yesterday on a suspended server where the bill was already paid on recurring subscription. Today I get an email to find out you suspended the same server, now I have to go through this again because your invoice numbers don't...

of course it's illegal... only someone on drugs thinks taking someone else's content for their own monetary gain isn't. And I guess I was being naive, if this place is full of other threads that promote blatant theft.
