I think Premiere Pro should be able to run on bad PC if you set your settings down, I enjoyed Sony Vegas like 10 years ago when I had bad PC. Worked great. Rendering took ages but program ran flawlessly.

I would use LinkWhisper and buy premium later, you won't have to rebuild your entire site (which may affect SERPs negatively if you lose/add some because you change plugin).
