FollowLiker is your best bet. Just started a campaign about a month or so for the company I work for and we've almost grown the Pinterest account alone to 250 (Twitter and Instagram are growing really well too!) And these are on some pretty modest/slow settings, and a market that's not watched...

You should combine that idea with geo-location based apps like Pokemon GO or Geocaching and make some serious $$$. This Pokemon GO craze has made my city go mad with hunting these little monsters - even out in the boonies!
