LOL we have internet service providers but PayPal and Payza etc don't support my country that's why. I have bought paypal package previously from bhw but it has been freezed. I have a payza but I can't fund it with my atm card. So that's the story.

The problem is I need one that is free cos in my country no form of online e payment is allowed viz paypal payza etc. I need a free one real bad and the stuff I need it for it's ending soon.
