I can log in to my Google account but everytime i try to add a recovery phone number or create a ads campaign, i get this. Is there any solution to this? Im getting this for the last 5 days.

Communication was good until payment. I just paid at 8:41 PM he then asked for email for the account which i provided. After that he just said "Ok" and didn't respond within 1,5h. I will update if anything changes. Already first red flag. Update: Seller responded and added email to MCC
