This should be a lesson. Never release services on a site like this until everything is 100% done. When I hire programmers on sites like that, even when it seems like they've done everything I will still hold the money for a day going through and checking to make sure there absolutely isn't any...

Paypal is the easiest one to use. If you can't use Paypal I would use Stripe but you need to be in the US or Canada I think. Most everything else besides Paypal and Stripe are either very difficult to get accepted for or have really high rates. I don't want to pay 7% to my payment processor.
