Follow/Unfollow limits

Hi,

Can anyone share daily limits for (in brackets is what I found in the search and my personal exp):

Facebook friends invites (100)
Facebook group invites (250)
Twitter follow (1000 for aged)
Twitter likes (500)
Pinterest follow (400-500)
Pinterest unfollow (last time I was banned when I tried to mass unfollow)
