i am still confused how many links i can pull on a new site in a specified timeframe...

most of my link submissions dont show effects

Are your links cached yet?

Check with Yahoo! Explorer. If they are not cached yet, you can ping the pages with your links on using pingler.

If your links are cached but you see no results yet then I suggest you try to focus on on-niche links and some patience. Some results do not appear overnight.

EDIT: I usually build 100 links a week and I see good results over time.

I am sorry for not being quite clear. I meant that I build a maximum of 100 links per week. So far I have a little over 1000 backlinks and my website is about 9 months old.

Site is 9 months old, however it took me 3 months of promotion to reach that.

To find quality backlinks, I simply visit random ******** blogs and search for SPAM! Yes you read it ----> Spam

Now copy the URL of that SPAM from the anchor text and goto:

http://www.backlinkwatch.com

This website will allow you to spy on all the links originating from this website and will show you if these links are ******** or NOFOLLOW.

Obviously, you will need to target ******** since you will be getting link juice from that for Google (Nofollow might have some effect on other SE like yahoo and msn)

Just keep searching for URLS spamming here, put 'em in backlinkwatch and and you've got hundreds of thousand of pages to comment on.

You can use massive PR checkers to filter out these pages to target PR1+

Come on.. use your imagination and blast up your PR. I have helped a client reach PR5 with this method. You Can TOO!!

When using the keyword tool you must do an "exact" search for accurate results. If your keyword was "blue hats" this would be exact.

Broad search is like saying if your keyword was "big blue hats" , "fancy blue hats", "furry blue hats".

1) I submitted an article to eZine for every main page of my website which is approximately 40 Main Pages. What I mean my Main Page is each page that has a high potential on making money either via Selling a Product, affiliating a product, etc..

What do you exactly mean by this? I thought eZine only allowed you to link to domain names and not sub-pages of the domain?

I have articles in eZine deeplinking to my URL so I guess that is not true D1G1T4L. eZine only disallows direct affiliate linking or that's at least what I am currently aware of.

i'm confuse a little hope you can help me out with this

I'm a little confused made by few softwares which is senuke and market samurai.
Let's say we want to rank for a niche called "keyword"

Using google search, searching keyword gives me bout 3M of searches
Searching "keyword" give me bout 20 000 searches
and searching for allintitle:keyword give me bout 5 000 searches

Using market samurai, it will tell me that i'll have 95 daily searches for that keyword, and SEO traffic of bout 39 daily. Not a very high amount according to Market samurai, so it's great

Using Senuke, if i use the allintitle feature, it tells me not to waste my time

Assume that no authority page for that keyword

So Actually what is the proper guidelines in order for us to know whether would we be able to rank for that particular niche?

mondmond88, I usually don't care as much for allintitle as much as I care for the keyword itself in quotes.

I just do a proper research via Google Adwords tool and Market Samurai (More accurate traffic results). From there, I go search for the competition out there via Google.

Usually, I do not target keywords with 50,000 search results as it might be a pain to rank in the first 5 slots (Not impossible though)

If you are looking for good money makers then you have to target high traffic short/long tail keywords delivering traffic without a lot of competition.

I am not an expert in this, but just wanted to share my 2 cents with u guys

EDIT: For my keywords, I was able to outrank Amazon, ebay and an authority website. I am still stuck at #2 under another authority website! I will try to do more SEO and outrank it too.

It is funny though that the Adword Keyword tool estimates a 20,000 search volume for this keyword while I am only getting 3,000 from that specific keyword. all new threads. lol

i'm very glad you mentioned about this ... can you confirm this is the results you get ? as it's big difference between 20k and 3k

also please try the freekeywords .wordtracker .com tool for your keywords and tell me what the results are on your website compared to this tool results.

i'm kindly asking this as i got some niches that i intend to target with the same amount of search voulme ov 20k from adwords statistics and now i'm not so sure about promoting this keywords anymore.

Oh!! I have used quotes and it got me 204,000 results.

Is that still considered a competitive niche?

204k is competitive indeed .. from my statistics to rank #1 in G for this competition it's needed 1k backlinks that can be seen in google webmaster tools
