I think the OP missed a vital point about FB -- the platform gets a lot of user complaints. "Bait and switch" is not typically a viable option on FB without cycling through a lot of accounts because of the amount of manual complaints filed. This is why the niche is important. Folks that are cloaking long-ish term on FB are doing it in niches that aren't as scrutinized (i.e. no gambling, diet, dating) and are using cloaking to show landers that don't comply with TOS but are aligned with the ad itself. Some folks are saying they are successful going more black than this but again you have to cycle accounts and any cloaker is only going to get you so far when the platform gets a lot of user complaints.
