Expect him to raise his budget 5 fold?
You can get someone in the USA or UK to work for $10 and hour or equiv, after all he said it's for basic work.

The OP came on here and advised what budget he wanted to pay per hour ( Yes it is low, but you will get people working for crazy low money ).

Why on earth would he be interested in paying 5 times more to hire you, when you can hire VAs through the marketplace for $3 or $4 an hour.


If I wanted a clerk to do my filing @ £8 an hour, I'd not expect someone to say, I can do that but I want £40 an hour.

Yeah.. He definitely can hire however the price per hour is very low and it is doubtful to get an experience worker at this rate.. Anyways my offer is still open.
