PBN vs Expired web 2.0

What do you think will have bigger impact on your rankings (in a good way) if you were to choose.I'm not talking about kw difficulty or niche,just overall rankings:

5 web 2.0 DA 70+ PA 40+ > 100 web 2.0 tier 2 > Blast tier 3

vs

1 PBN DA 20-30 PA 20-30 > 3 web 2.0 DA 70+ PA 30 > 100 web 2.0 tier 2

All unique artcile niche based . I normally use both of these but just wondering wich of those 2 is helping ranking faster and better. I know that one pbn or 5 web 2.0 wont help too much,but if you were to multiply any method for your website which one will be?

webs wont stay long (in my case only 50% survived more than 2 months) pbn can stay for eternity (as long as you dont ruin things up)

Why not just do the PBN and expired Web 2.0s without the tiered linkbuilding?

Tiered linkbuilding to PBNs and expired Web 2.0s with new Web 2.0s and kitchen sink blasts seems like a waste of time anyway. The properties already have decent links.

Agreed...doing 2nd tier for PBN is waste of time for me. I will do 1 PBN and 5 Web 2.0 blasting 100 web 2.0 for the 5 web 2.0.

Web 2.0s cannot even be compared with PBNs to begin with. Day and night of difference. Also, unless you know perfectly what you are doing, then do not build links to your PBN sites. You will screw them over.

If the link is good enough to point to PBN site, then it has to be good enough to point to money site directly. So why pointing them to PBNs? And the entire point of PBNs is to have backlinks in place so you don't have to create them. Invest $20 more into a domain, get a premium stuff and in the long run, you will get much more bang for your buck and even save hours of time screwing with tiers.

I don't think is a waste of time doing Tier 2 on PBN or Web 2.0 as I want to rank specific posts or pages from these domains.I like to have a PBN for a whole nice and having the one post I want to rank for a specific keyword.I think it is a long run that way. Having a PBN with good metrics is good,but also having good backlinks pointing to the posts/pages and rank these also for specific keywords look more legit and also you can rank for more kw with that one PBN and also bring a small amount of traffic to your money post/website.

I have web 2.0 lasting for more than 2 yrs now.Even if I build 100 web 2.0 and only 50 will last I say it still worth,if your investment is 0 $ in these (except for captchas and indexer service)

Your PBN only does get stronger if you point quality links to it. And if you have quality links, you can point them directly on your money site. Why would you waste your resources on a PBN if you can use it for your money site? If you got quite a decent PBN Domain it will rank nevertheless.

That's pretty much my tactic too. I purchase a reasonably powerful domain, building it into something that looks pretty legit and then layer the tier 1, 2, 3 over it.

Like someone else said, it's the best way to rank long term.

Basically for tier 2 o 3 people will do crunch and brunch so pointing low-quality spam links will much better than doing nothing.

Then don't rebuild the PBN sites and use contextual links. Entire advantage of PBNs is to use strong contextual links. If someone willingly links out from footers/sidebars etc., then that's just bad.

As I said I buid Tier 2 for PBN only for post/page link where my money site is. A PBN has links pointing only to the main page and some other 404 pages.
So building tier 2 for the post I think is doing only good,raising it PA.I've tried that and I saw good results.

Already built links from PBN + Tier 2 made on post/page is best way I think.

2. 100 RD to your money site which includes 20 PBN, 80 so so pages mix of profiles and web 2.0 (in this option the above 50 links that act as tier 2 in option 1, are now acting as tier 1). Since we have more backlinks, assume that avg TF is lower than 20 (option 1).

does google care about TOTAL juice that is sent to your money site, or do they also care about how many of backlinks are avg, and in return could lower your ranking a better. I hope I am clear.

You are overthinking everything to brutal extent bud. Plus I read it three times an I still have issues to understand some of the things you wrote.

Power of the links matter. 80 profile links as tier 1 is an overkill as well. They are there just for diversity, they do not help much.
