You can ask some hosting sellers here on bhw if they can set you up with a re-seller hosting account.
I've used the namecheap re-seller package back in the day, it was cool and support was nice, fyi.

A simple google search will get you a ton of answers.

Here are a few things to get you going.

1. Find a host that will fit your needs with support and get set up with a reseller account.
2. Add on whmcs to manage your customers and to automate setting up hosting accounts for your clients.
3. Start going to local business network meetings and see if you can build a relationship and land customers that way.
4. Build web sites and then host those customers.

That should help get you going in the right direction.
