Hey man, Not sure if you can help with this but PayPal has put a 15% rolling reserve on my account

1. Is it possible to get that rolling reserve removed?
2. Even if it is removed is paypal going to be a viable option for high risk businesses considering there will be notes on my account regarding this reserve?

I'm going to buy a driver licence from your site and upload it to them but they are asking for business information and shipment info and inventory as well, I don't have any of those since I sell services and digital items. what do you advice me to do about that? do I tell them I sell digital items thats why there's no inventory or shipment info or what should I do? Also do you know the success rate of your documents and what would happen at most if they discovered they are fake in my case? Please reply to me here or via P.M
