Who can do this?
1. This trick activates ads in the middle of the site and fixes it (when I scroll down, ads stay in the same place).
2. The ads it's active only when visited from facebook.

You need IF statement in PHP - If user referral is facebook = than display advertisement

I hope you`re not trying to do this with adsense because it will backfire on spot.. if you`re using wordpress, look for a premium popup plugin, that should do the trick..
