Pretty simple not everyone wants to manage the va quality check etc remember there just staff members so will need help sometimes so we will deal with all that for you.

If you provide a list its quicker for sure, if you want them to find the sources they will but that obviosuly takes time. Hours wise depends on the work you need jump on skype and were try and work it out.
