Dude this guy is UNBELIEVABLE, i told him that i really need a vcc now for paypal verification, he requested 8$ instead of 7$ because of paypal fee i was okay with that, but i couldn't send more than 6.84$ for some reason, probably cause i did a lot of transactions this day, he was okay with it but i gotta pay him the rest tomorrow, so he sent one but it has 1$ only, now as we all know paypal takes +1$ for verification right, then i reached out to him and he said that i should pay another 3$, since i was in a hurry i accepted and he loaded it, but when i needed the verification code he refused to send it to me until i pay him 4$ , i would really stay away from this shady ass service.
