For link building I generally used profile backlinks at 1st phase. I open account in various social network sites and forum. In second phase I create web2.0 sites. 300-500 words unique article used in web2.0 site for do-follow backlinks.

i am newbie but niche links are better than higher DA non niche linksif you have for example technology niche, better to put it on technology sites, not blog about justin bieber with much higher DA

Create some web 2.0 back links in platforms like weebly, wordpress, tumblr and so on

I will not build 10 links on any particular method. They will be different in case like- 2 web 2 creation, 2 forum posting, 2 blog comments, 2 guest posting and another 2 is wiki links. But all links must high have good DA and PA and no bad neighborhood.

If I had unlimited money I would have no need to buy backlinks for sites simply to make money.
