Do these posts get taken down after cancelling subscription? Ordered for 2 months last year, technically should have ~30 posts but now, 10 months later all of them are gone from google webmaster tool. Even the samples you showed for version 1 are deindexed. I'd really like to try again but if the posts are not permanent then I see no point.

We don't take down the posts after you cancel the subscription but we do take down sites/domains that have either: been deindexed/lost substantial metrics due to Maj updates (there were several Maj updates in the last 6+ months).

1 month passed heard nothing from genesis and $300 spent on monthly rental... next rental due up.. i need to see or hear something??!!!... and keywords are down..

just checked 2nd payments have left ...so ive put over $600 into genesis so far and heard nothing and seen nothing but negative movement on my site ( indicating Ive not felt anything from this order ) ... since i first placed the order ...

We've replied to all tickets so please check your email for an update.

Not everyone is going to see upwards movement in the first 1-2 months.. the SERP's seem to be a lot slower these days so you need to have patience (3+ months). We can't really do much to speed up the results, so at the moment it's a waiting game. Some clients see their first results in 3-4 weeks after their links are built and for other clients it could be 3+ months. Let's give it a bit more time and I'm optimistic we'll see some better results and progress soon!
