I would suggest that you create an app tailored to your niche. You'll want to make an app because that's easier for your target market to get ahold of instead of some lame CPA stuff. Let the app be used for the fans of your page to further interact with you, your content and the product that you have to offer. It will make it easier for them to care more about your brand and convert to sales faster than usual.

You could find online book stores which have an affiliate program and review those books and post them in your FB group. I would suggest trying to do it in a discrete way where you aren't spamming members of your group with links to books.

Why not making a nice designed shirt related to your nich put it on teespring and post it on the page. Could make some sales and it won't drive followers away
Savo why are you telling him that, I have a page 18k likes and 20k followers and it makes money on my blogs...You just have to play on viral spikes and know when to attack....Trust me 100k is not needed...As long as you can get things viral you're good

Start a giveaway, people have to complete a CPA (lets say a questionnaire or something), then they can enter their e-mail and join the giveaway. Get a cheap but interesting product in your niche from Aliexpress and pick a winner, make sure to announce it on your page. If people do $200 worth of the CPA completions and your costs are $20 for the product+shipping, you earn $180. That's an episodic way to earn, of course, and not automated, but if you know your target audience and you get high enough engagement you can make good money. Good luck.

Are there any cpa offers that don't require the person to complete surveys or to provide information he wouldn't usually want to provide. I need something that doesn't have just some flashy landing page, I need something of value as this FB Page has not been grown with this idea, it's an actual living page with actual fans and people are really engaged.
But he's right overall. You don't have to be viral to make money per day with a blog but you do need to drive traffic daily overall. It's much easier to be consistent than to have a viral post but with the right social media, viral spikes does take place = more money than usual. The viral approach isn't a bad way to tackle it as well but it's not the only way.
I never said you have to be viral to make money but if you want that constant flowing money piling up until the viral dies then you do. 18k page is more than enough to make good money with social media. Once you learn certain methods you will make money. Don't need to start at 100k...That's wasting valuable time. There are a millions of losers on Facebook who like to click, read & watch things. Why waste time?
