Anyone know which sims from different countries will work in US

So I live in the US and obviously US sims are expensive as hell. Would it be possible to buy sims from like the Philippines or some other country like that and use them in the US. I'm not talking about using the number im talking about using the physical sims. If I could find some like this it would greatly reduce the cost of my IG verifications. If you know a way, could you be specific with the type of sims that would work? Thanks.
