There are three main things to think about when doing biased reviews. The first is the reviewers profile and trustability. Will they make a 5 star review for you? Is there amazon profile natural? As in not too many or too few reviews. Do they do too many 5 star reviews already?

The second is tracking. You don't want to be clicking or sending links to and from the reviewers. Only use screenshots to verify everything. Make sure you are not trackable by IP when researching their profile.

The third is the nature of the review. Don't send them straight to product. Don't make them do anything fishy on Amazon's website. Make them search organically, have them click some similar products, make sure to tell them to look over the reviews and the product page for a little bit.
