Hi guys,

I was checking WMT this morning and upon checking my links I saw that a site was linking to my site 322 times (one link per page of my site). I'd never seen this site before (it wasn't there a few weeks ago) so I clicked on it and it is a clone of my website under a different domain name with the homepage being in french. The domain name is a spammy one, and is .cf.

Anyone experienced this before? Advice on what to do?

Thanks!

I would hate if this type of shit happens to me.....its so annoying

he copied your work so what are you waiting for

Why bother with google...

Just close his domain here, as it is a FREE domain. All .cf domains are free.

yep i wanted to recommend this as well however wasnt sure if all .cf are from freenom

If it is not from freenom, it is still a free domain, thus they must have same or very similar policy about abuse and copyright.

When you check the domain whois details there must be information how to contact the registrar.

Thanks guys - i've sent an email to freenom so hopefully that might do something. I hope it doesn't impact my site negatively as it's a good earner!
