Merchant Account I NEED HELP (SERIOUS)

Have ridiculous direct relationship with a reputable bank here in the states - been in high risk business for 10 yrs 203 885 0245 Choice Merchant Solutions - Mike

You need a business with an EIN and business bank account

I was researching on this topic for almost a month. This guy Hiero717 gave some solid advice I am going to make use of. I have a high risk merchant processor working with me at this time but I am paying a lot more in transactions. I have no US bank account yet.

Is it possible to register LLP like Delware for a US bank account WITHOUT VISITING THE US? I know EIN and business registration is possible but what about bank account?

@OP,

Whatever you do, do not deal with people who have brand new accounts, low post counts and zero credibility.

Very true. Why are such scammers set free in this forum? I signed up barely an hour ago and almost every thread I read is polluted with such scumbags.

You can get an LLC but having a US bank account for non citizens is a no go.....

Trust me I've checked .... unless you are using mules as bank drops but you'll have to deal
with tax and the concerns of them withdrawing all your cash in one felt swoop

Thank you man. I am okay about paying taxes on the money I made. But what are the legal complications for the mule if you are making money from something that is a no-go in the US?

In these cases, I am ready to say goodbye to 20% of what I make when the other guy have second thoughts. But I get your point. It's not possible to control the inflow of funds. If the mule say bye bye when a large chunk of funds come in, I'll be fucked.

I meant getting a bank account remotely in the US through an LLC or even personal account is a no-go.

Pretty sure after a certain threshold, most processors will attract the attention of the tax agency. The complications are mostly tax related. So they will have to either give you up or prove they are compliant or just say they got hacked. (which is impossible if they physically open an account )

You could source your own bank drops and even get a debit then source stipe accounts as well. This way you remain remote and collect 100% of all funds within the 2 day rolling period but those vendors aren't here..... Problem is keeping limits to 4-5k per account.

And making the initial deposit to activate the bank drop.

I see what you mean ;) What I am specifically hunting for is a US bank account that is 'legitimate'. Legitimate as in the business activities will be legitimate. I don't care about paying taxes either but at the same time I don't want to be there out in the open and identify myself.

Lol. You don't want to identify yourself or be in the open and yet want to open a
legitimate US bank account remotely ?

lmao.......

I don't understand why there is no MOD that close this thread.. it's all hidden advertising and a joke! Just my 2cents.

If I am paying tax and selling something 100% legal, I am not breaking any law. But I might also want to avoid surveillance. After all, US allows non resident aliens to start and run businesses from anywhere in the world so letting them open a company shouldn't be that hard if legislators push for it.

The problem is, if you are not from the US you are forced to go with 'high risk' processors even if your business is low risk so that you get to offer smooth business transactions. This is costing me an arm and leg :(

Being able to demonstrate past volume and CB ratio can have a big impact on how underwriting works. If you have a legitimate site, that is selling high-risk approved products, it should not be an issue. As last response pointed out, there will most likely be a 10% reserve and a required guarantor with limited initial volume until you can provide history of good business.

"Specializing" in high risk is pretty objective. ISOs have better relationships with some banks that will still board high-risk (like me), and some only work with banks that will take high-risk with a lot of hoops to jump through. Other services out there that cater to high-risk, typically involve controlling chargebacks, as it is why the merchant is generally in this category. I have products (gateway or API) to fight chargebacks, as well as integrations into Verifi and Ethoca that provide an auto-refund when alerts of consumer chargebacks are received.

PM to get a MID approved in 24-48 hours.
