help is this message scam ? from instagram

i've got a message from instagram mail [email protected]
the message says :
Hi myusername
Sorry to hear your'e having trouble logging into Instagram. We can help you get straight back into your account .

Log in as myusername < when i clicked this link it opens my account without password !! ?

you can also rest your Instagram account < clickable link

i have not asked for password rest and what is going in guys ?

If you copied that reply into this post then that's definitely a scam. They wouldn't misspell "you're"

thanks But the weird thing when i click on Log in as myusername i could log in my account without password it opens in safari and i loged out before i clicked on the link and it's still take me to my account without password !

it just redirects you to real instagram.com page and you're already logged in

I receive this message just about every day. This happens when you (or someone else) tries to login and incorrectly types your password in multiple times. If you're the one who has trouble logging in and you press the link in the email, it will sign you in automatically and then you can change the account password via settings.

hey man, try this out... go to instagram login screen and hit forgot password.... look at the email they send, it now has the auto-login button.

This is one of the common things you need to spot in identifying a scam to a legit email from any site. Those are automated emails, so they will most likely ensure that the email they sent makes sense and will not make them look like toddlers writing in English.
