Fiverr gigs are noindexed as far as I know.

Fiverr gigs can and do appear in Google, although how well they will appear is another story. I've just ran a quick search for one of my gigs and whilst the search term is rather long it does show that Fiverr gigs are in Google. Attached is a photo showing this off. If I put in the search term "301 shortened urls to rank site", the Fiverr gig is on page 3. I threw my own 301s at this, as well as some pbns and gsa links.

Wow, thank you for this! Hmm. I think will give it a shot! Found a keyword that is low compe and for IM marketing services keyword. I was thinking of making a gig and rank it at page 1 of Google!

If you search "sape backlinks" position 6 is a fiverr gig.
And not surprisingly, it is linked to by a few sape backlinks amongst a lot of other spam.

yes it can be done. Know someone who ranked a video creation and article writing gig using GSA (last year though). So it can be done but it's not that easy anymore. I think because of low content quality on the gigs page the site has lost authority and maybe because most of the people don't stay that long on those gigs page.

I agree, the bounce rate on these pages is a big factor. One thing that I firmly believe has raised the bounce rate considerably on Fiverr is the fact that sellers are now able to set the initial price above $5. For a lot of people, this is a turn off since they've came over for a $5 service but they can't get one. Ultimately they'll end up moving away from the page, be it searching for a different gig or closing off the page entirely.
This is especially true if they gig has very little or no reviews. People aren't going to drop more than $5 on a gig that they don't know will work compared to them being able to spend the same money on a service with proven reviews. One thing I wouldn't recommend though is gig exchanges. This isn't like social signals or blackhat links. I don't like the idea of using fake reviews to promote a service. Whilst your gig might be great, there's a lot of shite on Fiverr and by doing a review exchange, you're unable to ascertain if the gig is actually any good which is basically helping rob others.
I'm sure there will be people that aren't entirely happy with me coming out and saying that, but that's my two cents.
