Andrea did a good job communicating with me. My logo was done in less than an hour after I sent the instructions. I was pretty specific, but my instructions were followed explicitly. Customer service was excellent.

Overall, Andrea is a great seller, definitely concerned with customer service, extremely polite and good at following instructions.

I got the premium pack and was quickly contacted by Angela. I usually make my own logos however I was at a loss thinking of one for my current site. I told this to Angela and was very broad about my ideas.. As I had none. I was sent an image in under 24 hours.. Actually went to bed and it was in my email when I woke up.
I Received a great design, however I wanted a change to the text. I replied with my request and was sent the revised image in maybe 10 minutes and it looks great!!
I was also provided with the source file in PDF as stated which is great since I use Photoshop it makes it my own.
Great service at a great price!!
