Which blackhat SEO strategy works in 2017?

Black-hat is something that you use your site to rank high in search engine in an unethical way. by the way it always unethical when you opt for building links. Because you are building links to your site to improve ranking, weather it is via guest blogging or via any other medium.

Nowadays, most SEOs are going after getting links from authority. No one is talking about Earning Links. White-hat is about earning not building.

I'm building the Tier 1 to my money site, after that I will build Tier 2 (lower quality web 2.0, articles directories lower DA/TF)

For the Tier 1, I submitted good quality articles to the best article directories (Ezine, Goarticles, etc), some PBNs, one Youtube video, some Yahoo answers, and build manual some web 2.0's (Blogger, Weebly, Wix, Hubpages, Squidoo), Auto create Web 2.0 properties with RankerX(wordpress, jimdo, tumblr, hatena.ne.jp, livejournal.com, etc). To be the safest, I create 5 pages minimum of super unique readable content per web2.0 with related images, videos, outbound contextual links to authority sites, etc.

For the Tier 2, I will build Tier 2 (lower quality web 2.0, articles directories lower Da/TF) created by RankerX and finally the Tier 3 (thousands of every kind of backlinks) use GSA to blast those web 2.0 links with blog comments, trackbacks, and web 2.0 links with spun content.

I have described here are the strategies that worked well (and still work) for me. You might have to take a different road there than I did because the way you work will depend on your own strategies. But I hope that It will be helpful in choosing strategies that will work for you.
 
Private Blog Networks. Strong emphasis on Private.

There have a blackhat way to become #1 in the "whitehat" way lol. It will costs from 40 bucks to $30 000/month depending from the niche.
You will need few cc with $30 each and adwords and bing cupons. Even proxy is not required.
You will need few domains to move the site when adwords and bing cupons ends :)

For me this is the way to show the longer finger to g00gle.

What details?
Just buy adwords, bing and fb codes from blackhatworld (I can't provide such), get dozen sim and credit/debit cards (I can't provide such) or ask friends/family (you can even find servises for vcc and sms verification on the forum). Adwords and facebook require small transactions to activate the coupon/vaucher. When the money from the coupon/vaucher over stop the campaigns, move the site on new domain and repeat. And you can still use the old domains for pbn so better go for some expired.
With adwords your site/s will be ranked before #1 lol.
With good campaigns (low budget like $0.05/click) the vauchers will be enough for 1 month.
For 10 months:
10 vauchers per network - $100 - $200 (not sure, but can be even less with some bulk discount)(as I read for some countries the adwords coupons are free)
10 domains - $15 (even the credit cards can be used on godaddy for $1 per domain)
$300 to activate the vauchers (wich are also used for advertising and this excepting fb, but if you do it why not to use it)
If you pay for vcc and activation, not sure, but about $30 per accounts set = $300 (friends/family = free or few beers)

Well let say $50/month. If you can do this non stop no need SEO servises and once again - you can use the domains for pbn :).

Few black hat techniques work and will work till the time google developers manually rank the pages ;)

PBNs, Expired Web2.0s, Link Pyramid and guest posting(gray) are my picks.

Whitehat : just write exellent article and pray to GOD.
Blackhat : Smart (sloowwww with high quality site) backlink strategy and social media (work with my new 2017 blog)

Black hat and White hat always used together, whatever you want to walk or ride a car with a higher risk.
 
Move to white hat if you want long term results.
