How to Create Multiple FB accounts from Static IP (not from Dynamic)

Recently my 6 FB accounts got blocked in a week for spamming on FB Groups and would like to create more accounts (100 accounts) for promoting links.However I tried resetting router and called ISP it seems Static IP is being assigned.I would like to know how to create multiple FB accounts from my Static IP without buying dedicated proxies.I am newbie and require help.
(please note : I couldn't find the answer to this after searching this forum: facebook,you can direct me if it is already been answered)

Buy a 3G/4G sim card and a cheap smart phone.
Create an FB account then reset your phone and create another account. Every times you reset your phone, you can have a new IP.

what do u mean with reset ? restart ?

Yes Agree.I just tried it .New ip is assigned every time data is switched on and off.

Now the only question remains that if suppose I have created 100 accounts from phone ,can I run Massplanner with these accounts from this one static IP.Not sure of the risk.since I will be accessing all 100 accounts from my home static IP address(obviously no spamming this time :))

Yesterday I had created 1 Facebook account using VPN - USA ip address location and as soon as i removed/closed VPN and tried accessing that FB account from my home ip ( which is not USA) my FB account got blocked.
Similarly my gmail account also got banned which I had used/created to create FB account using VPN. so I believe its risky and doesnt work.please let me know otherwise .I got some "suspicious activity found ... etc" got banned.
Does it work for you ?
 
Yeah, Facebook / Gmail / Insta Doesn't like for you to log from different Countries the same day without a proportional time as a Plane Travel.

Why on earth you tried that without VPN.
 
you should first avoid doing any suspicious activity.
also there are many alternatives from using VPNs and Proxies to buying real fb accounts
 
You should buy 100 fb accs created few months ago... $0,4/acc.... then i'd advice to use private proxies.
or
I guess you want to go as cheap as possible, then create yourself those fb accs with VPN ,restart the VPN after every account created.... when all 100 are created you could use them all under same ip that you get from VPN ... people will say 1 acc/1proxy , but what happen when the 100+ McDonald's customers accessing in same time their fb from the free wifi ? nobody gets locked.

If you sign up direct from MassPlanner, i'd recomment touse different user agent for each acc.
 
how much traffix you were generating unique hits daily from these accs?
