So who am I?,I'm in my late teens and basically I'm looking for any way to make money
If anyone would have any beginner advice I would gladly take it!

Advice - identify your strengths and play to them. The good money will be not in using methods written up here in a copy+paste manner, which everyone from Indiana to Iraq will be doing, but using them and putting some sort of "twist" on them.

A project to start with? It would depend on what you would want to do ... SEO/PPC/FB/Instagram ...

There are lots of detailed guides here. You might want to start by reading several of them to start with.
