I sent my application for Mod position like 3 times, and never get single reply from BHW team.

The Moderators are moderated on a daily basis by the Admins.

I have a question, how much time per day/week are moderators expected to spend on BHW? Are all you guys logged in 8+ hours a day, 5+ days a week? How much time do you spend on BHW per day on average, and what are your daily tasks?? I've been thinking of applying lately since I'm on here so much, but I'm not 100% sure what the job entails.

When people step down as a mod, the account reverts to the previous status before the mod promotion.
I think Apricot is a little mistaken, or perhaps it was before her time here.
This was always the case.. has been for as long back as I can remember, long before many of the current new mods even took their positions here, a prime example is "s0ap".. but I guess I'm different or the rules just suddenly changed

Well, no - the rules haven't suddenly changed. As you said, you've been here longer than I have so I wouldn't want to comment on how these things worked historically. It's true there have been changes and improvements. These have taken place over the last few years as we try to make things more transparent and consistent.
I'm saddened to see you step down and wouldn't like you to feel there was any hidden agenda - the work you've put into the forum will always be very much appreciated.

@Apricot Yea, but still I agree that any mod should be demoted to executive vip.
I mean t0mmy already saw executive vip forum, so he can't really leech anything from there.
It just feel more royal ya know. At least this should be the thank you for helping BHW as he's not an in house mod so he didn't even got paid.

bhw will always need good mods to help with the forum
some work out some do not,
lets also remember as much as we need mods we also
need good quality members and content to help a forum
grow - mods keep the place clean, but the core of any
forum will always be its members.
