How to invest $1000 per month?

Right now my day job gives me around $1000 per month of free money after all my expenses and substantial savings in bonds and fixed deposits. I am looking for ideas to invest this money so that I have enough cash flow by next 1-2 years to quit my job and earn from my investments made now.

Any ideas for me?

I have a amazon affiliate site which gives me $100-$200 per month. On the process of making 2 more sites.

I would love to get other ideas from you guys.
