My targeted keyword increase 10 place in serp today, though I'm not sure if it is the result of these new backlinks.

backlinks. Domains are also aged. Domains have lots of quality External backlinks, Referring IPs, domains and subnets.

Ref domains are pretty nice, which are more than 50.
Very low OBLs (<10).
Domains have links from Wikipedia.

Most of the links are coming from Home Page.
They have good CF and TF. The links are niche relevant!

The DA and PA range between 30-60 for all the domains.
I am watching the quality of the backlinks, I'll be placing an order again real shortly for one of my main client and I am sure there will be a rise in SERP soon.

One of the website a dedicated page on wikipedia + other links from authority websites (both .gov and .edu)
The other site also has high authority sites linking to it. The sites smells of AUTHORITY.

Site 1: DA 44, PA 52
Site 2: DA 29, PA 40.

I know, if I get 40+ of this links... I will take the first spot.

The first link's Trust Flow is a whopping 44, Citation Flow of 35. As many SEO veterans know, TF higher than CF is a great metric sign. DA is 20, and PA is 18. Domain age is about 13 years old. Website is running on SSL (https) protocol.

The second link: TF 16, CF 35; DA 41, PA 48. Age: 10 years old.

What I am impress is how professional and authentic the sites are. It isn't some lame PBN site you would see from other BHW sellers. These sites are re-built back to its former webdesign. A very good approach to prevent Google's suspicion and algorithm from sniffing it out.
