Hiring native English writer (Full time and long term)

As per title I am looking to hire some (2 preferrably) native English writers that will work with me full time.

I am strictly looking for individual freelancers, not agencies.

What's in it for you:

1. Payrate:
1st month: 1.2$ per 100 words
2nd month: 1.3$ per 100
3rd month: 1.4$ per 100
4th month: 1.5$ per 100
5th month I will do a revaluation of the project to see if I can increase my payrates. 1.5$ is guarranteed though.

a)Later on-2nd month possibly- I will be looking for a VA to upload the articles, add photos, tables etc. If you would like to also do this yourself for some additional income you will have a priority.

2. Constant Work
You will have daily work to do. Almost as much as you can write. If you can produce 4k words per day you will get 4k words per day.

3. Daily payments
If you complete 4k words by the end of the day, you will get paid for it the same or the next (depending on time difference) day.

4. Respect and good communication
a)I will understand it if you had a bad day. It's ok if you get sick and miss a deadline. It's even ok if you don't feel like working and need a day off to go hiking or just hang with your bf/gf.
b)If in the future you need more money than the agreed, I will try to see if I can give you a raise. If not I will try to find you more work to do.

What I expect from you:

1) Good content that flows well
2) Sincerity
3)Good work ethics

I didn't ask for Paypal, even that might have issues depending on your location. It's not supported in all countries, neither is Payoneer.

Ok. Like I said, Payoneer works for me. Unfortunately it is not available in all locations. So, you might lose out on some writers.

Let's say a comfortable 3,000 to 4,000 words per day, which would be 21,000 - 28,000 a week, 84,000 - 112,000 a month.
I would definitely set a target goal of 4,000 words per day. I am willing to write about anything and everything. I feel as though a large number of smaller pieces would fit better with my writing style, but I am able and willing to adapt. The video game and technology industries are two that I am passionate about and could definitely write thousands of words about easily. However, I have no problem with you telling me what topic you want covered or providing me with a link to a story, and then ask for me to acquire more information and additional text through outside sources.

3. Why should I chose you?

By choosing me as your writer, you would be gaining an asset who would be highly familiarized with the structure that you desire. I have written high school and college essays & papers, as well as a personal blog, among other pieces of content.
