Which SEO package for me?

I just need advice, Hope opening thread right place. I saw a lot of SEO packages on marketplace here. It's very hard to choose which one.
I have domains 3-4 month old, 20 domains. I want to rank locally, I make one website for each city/town. keyword looks like this [business] [city] [state], also domain contains main keyword. businesscitystate.com. Website on page is optimized very well. I saw some packages you can includes 3 urls per campaign, That will help me a lot.
Which seo package would you suggest for this situation?

And at the same time you have to be more concentrate on your site contents.
Content is the main one to build quality backlinks.

I agree with you, it's really hard when outreach the blogs with good SEO metrics in your niche. But in tough time though, i have found good blogs in some niches even in EMD and also cheaper than other sellers providing here. The only thing is how much we spending on the particular blog.

@DaveK you wrote you have 20 domains that means you can easily try few options here. Check all the reviews and particulars sellers are offering. Then order couple of packages for few of your domain (if you have budget). Later you can easily find out who did the good job and which one is better for you.

I would avoid packages, better pick and choose specific link types. Start with guest posts on sites service providers don't own.

Just because a thread on the market place has lots of good reviews doesnt mean it will work for you. But instead of paying for a "package" i would buy a method specific service. Example you can try out services that offer guestpost outreach, or ones that will offer blog commenting.
