do not use proxies. Proxies are the most risky since eBay is known to ban accounts for using nothing but proxies.

VPN works fine and as long as you provide the correct details and phone number of European country you should not have any issues.

VPN or VPS should be fine as long as they are in the country where your accounts are. Just make sure you're not using a provider that has been abused, as eBay keeps blacklist of VPNs and VPSs that will get you banned.

I personally use a VPN for this and find it works perfectly, however:

You need to stick to using preferably the same VPN each time you use PP or at least stick to the same country/state.
But you will need to have the same country as your registered account otherwise they don't like this, they will allow for a few one off exceptions but you might have to call them each time.

With a VPN you get more flexibility in use then a VPS because you could effectively use it on different browsers or your phone, laptop etc

I am running 3accounnts, from my phone 4g connection. everytime I connect i switch phone to airplane mode and I get a new IP.
But, dont forget to check your IP always in IPBURGER.COM beforce you connecting, from time to time you can have duplicate ip
Dont forget also to check always that your phone is not connected to your wifi beforce you connect. 1 of my accounts got suspended because of this.

You guys know something I don't know. Which VPN are you people using? I never succeeded with PP on the long-term with VPN. And no, my PP account is not misused or abused. The only thing I can see is shared IPs and my connection being recognized as a proxy service.

I tend to believe you man. Do you have any affordable RDP suggestions? I tried proxy services from here but I don't think they will work. In fact, I opened a thread for that discussion.

You can use Dedicated IP on the same device and browser. I am using this for last 2 years without any problem.
